Aeratron AE2 series, the two-blade ceiling fan is designed with the shape of a seagull's wings—the hugger-type housing with the ABS fan blades. The fan blades are combined with the ultrasonic welding machine using high-frequency vibrations to join plastic parts together by welding and fusing the ceiling fan blades.

The Perfect Counterbalanced

The whole body is powder coated with the understated matte white which brings out the simplicity and extraordinary of the line shapes of Aeratron AE2. The structure is simple and equipped with an energy-saving DC motor and adopts high-frequency vibrations to join plastic parts together by welding and fusing the ceiling fan blades. Our patented Swiss-engineered self-balancing system keeps the blades in a steady, aerodynamic equilibrium, preventing the noisy wobbling of typical ceiling fans.
